Project description: The City of Zimmerman (City) owns and operates a wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) (Facility) permitted for an average wet weather flow (AWWF) of 0.452 million gallons per day (mgd) that discharges treated wastewater to County Ditch 1. The Facility is approaching its design capacity and the lifespan of key equipment. The City proposes to upgrade and expand the Facility within the existing property boundary area (Site) to treat an AWWF of 0.866 mgd and discharge at the same location (Project).

The AUAR area is bounded by 490th Street to the north, Trunk Highway (TH) 52 to the west and south, and 195th Avenue to the east. Notice of Public Information Meetings - Bent Tree North Wind Farm
Notice description: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (Commission) and the Minnesota Department of Commerce will hold public information meetings on Wisconsin Power & Light Company's application for a site permit for the Bent Tree North Wind Farm, a new up to 153 megawatt (MW) Large Wind Energy Conversion System in Freeborn, Hartland, and Bath townships in Freeborn County, Minnesota. The proposed project would include 34 Vestas V136 wind turbines, each with a nameplate capacity of 4.5 megawatts, and hub heights ranging from 368 feet to 394 feet. The project would also include associated infrastructure and facilities such as a project substation, electrical collection lines, access roads, crane paths, a laydown yard, an Aircraft Detection Lighting System, and meteorological towers.
