Dear John,
We are pleased to announce that Rob Woronoff has joined the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) as our Interim Executive Director, while we search for someone to lead our next chapter!
Rob brings over 30 years of leadership experience working with and on behalf of youth, families, and justice-impacted communities. Rob has trained thousands of social workers, foster parents, probation officers, lawyers, judges, and youth across the country. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Program Planning from the University of Massachusetts and a BFA in Acting from Carnegie Mellon University.
“I have tremendous respect for ARC as a leader in efforts to end mass incarceration throughout California and beyond. I look forward to helping guide ARC through this important period of growth and transition.” – Rob Woronoff.
We are excited to welcome Rob and are grateful for his guidance and leadership during this transitional time. Rob understands the importance of leadership rooted in lived experience and will play an integral role in our search for ARC’s next Executive Director.
Welcome to ARC, Rob!
