As part of the draft budget for next year, Mayor Bowser has proposed more than a dozen massive changes that would hurt union workers and working families.
Tomorrow, allies from across the region will rally in opposition to these changes and in support of workers and our communities in the DC budget. Join the Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO and the Baltimore-DC Metro Building Trades Council, 32BJ SEIU, UNITE HERE Local 23 and Local 25 tomorrow starting at 8:30 AM outside the Wilson Building.

Join us as we say NO to ending DC's Sanctuary status, repealing Initiative 82, cutting early childhood education services, weakening tenants' rights, cutting the DC Healthcare Alliance, watering down DC's Project Labor Agreement law, the lack of community benefits and good jobs in the RFK deal, and more.
