In a 5-4 decision, the United States Supreme Court has officially struck down Trump’s attempt to overturn DACA, and restored all provisions of the 2012 decision. We can’t overstate how incredible this moment is for our nation.

This victory is thanks to the countless Dreamers and immigrants who fought against Trump’s agenda and for the recognition they deserved. Today, it is clear: Home is here. America has always been their home.

There is still more work to be done. Our leaders in Congress must take up the fight and enshrine a path to citizenship for ALL dreamers. Sign your name to endorse the Dream and Promise Act, and help us fight for it in Congress:

For months, DACA recipients lived in fear of deportation purely because Donald Trump decided to use them as a political bargaining chip. We won’t forget that.

Our nation cannot allow that to happen again. The only way we can give true peace of mind to the countless DACA recipients and Dreamers throughout our communities is to pass legislation that creates a path to citizenship for the folks who are American in almost every way already.

Take a moment to appreciate the hard fought victories of activists, but let’s redouble our efforts to pass legislation that can protect Dreamers once and for all. Sign your name to help us build grassroots support for a new DREAM Act.

In solidarity,
