In a 5-4 decision, the United States Supreme Court has officially struck down Trump’s attempt to overturn DACA, and restored all provisions of the 2012 decision. We can’t overstate how incredible this moment is for our nation.

This victory is thanks to the countless Dreamers and immigrants who fought against Trump’s agenda and for the recognition they deserved. Today, it is clear: Home is here. America has always been their home.

For months, DACA recipients lived in fear of deportation purely because Donald Trump decided to use them as a political bargaining chip. We won’t forget that.
