In a 5-4 decision, the United States Supreme Court has officially struck
down Trump’s attempt to overturn DACA, and restored all provisions of the
2012 decision. We can’t overstate how incredible this moment is for our
nation.

This victory is thanks to the countless Dreamers and immigrants who fought
against Trump’s agenda and for the recognition they deserved. Today, it is
clear: Home is here. America has always been their home.

up the fight and enshrine a path to citizenship for ALL dreamers. Sign

For months, DACA recipients lived in fear of deportation purely because
Donald Trump decided to use them as a political bargaining chip. We won’t
forget that.

Our nation cannot allow that to happen again. The only way we can give
true peace of mind to the countless DACA recipients and Dreamers
throughout our communities is to pass legislation that creates a path to
citizenship for the folks who are American in almost every way already.
