John, in the non-profit world, our biggest and most critical deadline is the last day of our fiscal year –and ours ends in just 15 days.
I’m going to tell you why this moment is critical, but if you already know the importance of this deadline, will you rush a donation of $25 to help us hit our end-of-fiscal year goal of $50,000? >>
Fiscal years are when our entire organizational budget resets. After the final month is over, whatever we’ve raised determines the reach we have for the next year.
In other words: We are raising the final stretch of our entire next year’s budget, and everything we can achieve depends on this goal. This is our organization's biggest moment and we need your help.
Right now, our work is more critical than ever. We’ve made great strides from successfully sending secure storage letters to thousands of parents in New York to working with our allies to advocate for countless gun violence prevention legislation wins.
But if we fall short, we’ll have to cut our resources back and our progress will slow down. So I have to ask:
Will you donate $25 to Teachers Unify to End Gun Violence right now, so we can hit our end of the fiscal year goal and give us the resources to fully fund our work? >>
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
Thank you,
Abbey Clements
