Dear Friend,

Today, the Supreme Court of the United States sided with 700,000 DACAmented immigrant youth in its decision that Trump’s efforts to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program violated federal law.

This decision is historic and it is the direct result of the courage of young immigrants, their families, and immigrant rights organizations who fought for years to win and protect DACA and who declared proudly that #HomeIsHere. Young people who currently have DACA can continue to work and will be protected from deportations. Under this ruling future young immigrants who meet the DACA requirements will be able to apply to receive DACA protections too.

Today, we celebrate this momentous victory. But we know the fight is not over.

[Join us. Will you give $25 and pledge to fight for the dignity of immigrant families?]([link removed])

The Supreme Court handed a serious defeat to Donald Trump, Stephen Miller, and their anti-immigrant, racist policy agenda. We must continue to protect DACA from any future attacks by Trump.

The victory also belongs to the millions of people marching together to defend Black Lives and #DefundThePolice. That’s why today, we celebrate this joyous victory, and tomorrow we get ready to march on the historic Juneteenth weekend of actions to defend Black lives.

[Will you join us in solidarity by taking a pledge to declare that #HomeIsHere and #BlackLivesMatter?]([link removed])

In solidarity,
