Team, the Republican primary winner has been called — and Jack Ciattarelli, Donald Trump’s handpicked candidate for governor, has won the nomination to face off against me in the general election.

With Trump already campaigning hard for Ciattarelli, MAGA money is going to be pouring into our opponent’s campaign from all over the country, and we can’t let ourselves get swamped. Will you help me fight back by becoming a Founding Donor to my general election campaign today?

As you probably know, in most elections, Trump endorses whichever candidate promises to follow his orders most blindly — and Jack Ciattarelli is no exception.

Ciattarelli shamelessly begged Trump for his support. He quite literally hitched a ride on a helicopter to rush to Trump’s golf club in Bedminster to ask for the endorsement. By contrast, I flew helicopters for the U.S. Navy. 

How can we expect anyone who so willingly bends the knee to Trump during the election to EVER stand up to Trump once they take office?

The answer is that we can’t. In fact, Ciattarelli has already promised to bring even the most disastrous elements of Trump’s agenda here to New Jersey if he wins — like DOGE, an abortion ban, and defunding Planned Parenthood.

To me, public service is not about kissing anyone’s ring. It’s about doing what’s right and standing up for your community. I serve the people and the Constitution;  Jack serves only himself. 

But unless we build out a strong grassroots operation right from the start we’re at real risk of being swamped by Ciattarelli and Trump’s massive network of MAGA supporters and billionaire allies.
