First, it was Tennessee. Then Arkansas. And now Idaho.  

 

There are now three states where you can buy ivermectin without a prescription.   

Unlike the FDA, Idaho lawmakers trust their constituents to make the best decisions for themselves and their families.  

 

That’s why Governor Brad Little signed a law last week that made ivermectin available over the counter immediately.  

 

In reading about this story, Friend, I was struck by what the Gem State’s elected officials didn’t do: 

 

They didn’t mock people for wanting to know whether ivermectin was a viable option for their health care. 

 

They didn’t demonize patients for demanding greater access to this safe and effective treatment. 

 

They didn’t lie about ivermectin’s efficacy.  

 

But you know who did, Friend? The FDA.   

 

From the beginning of the “plan-demic,” America’s Frontline Doctors was unafraid to push back on the FDA’s misleading statements about ivermectin and stand up for doctors who challenged its politicized agenda.  

 

And together we achieved serious breakthroughs for truth and medical freedom, Friend.  

 

At one point, because of a lawsuit filed by a brave group of frontline doctors who took a stand for freedom – and whom AFLDS supported with an amici curiae brief – the FDA was forced to remove memes...social media posts...and even entire web pages falsely advertising against its use.  

But it was too little, too late – countless lives had already been lost because the public didn’t have access to this highly-effective early treatment for COVID.

Friend, AFLDS and I won’t give up this fight.  

It was one of the first issues we tackled right from the beginning.  

 

As a physician, I knew the mainstream media wasn’t telling the whole story about ivermectin – or about hydroxychloroquine, either.  

 

So, I did research for myself, and found ivermectin could be a safe, preventative treatment – a lifesaving one, in fact – for patients.  

 

And because of our advocacy people are waking up to reality: the Medical Industrial Complex doesn’t have their best interests at heart.  

 

They’re demanding their local lawmakers give them greater access to ivermectin NOW, before the next faux-crisis hits.  

 

At least 13 states are considering legislation that would make ivermectin over the counter.  

 

In Missouri, a gag-order that prevented physicians from discussing ivermectin with their patients was struck down earlier this month.  

 

And in California, a group of doctors are challenging the Medical Board of California, which punished them for discussing ivermectin and other viable treatment options with their patients. AFLDS’s legal time and I filed an amici curiae brief with the Supreme Court on their behalf.  

 

This is progress – but a 50-state battle for medical freedom is costly and time-consuming.
