📊 Data Release This Week 

2023 Nonemployer Statistics Marine Economy

On Wednesday, June 18, the Census Bureau is set to release the 2023 Nonemployer Statistics (NES) estimates of the U.S. Marine Economy. NES provide economic data for businesses that have no paid employees, are subject to federal income tax, and have receipts of $1,000 or more ($1 or more for the Construction sector).

Researchers: We invite you to submit papers ahead of the 2025 Federal Statistical Research Data Center (FSRDC) Annual Research Conference taking place September 26 at Cornell University.

All papers that are based on current or recent research leveraging the restricted-use confidential data accessed within the FSRDCs are welcome.

Submit your paper by June 23!
