Over this past week, Donald Trump declared peaceful protest as rebellion and unleashed the military on Los Angeles protestors over the objection of our sitting governor.
Governor Gavin Newsom bravely stood up, SUING Donald Trump and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth over this unlawful action.
Donald Trump responded by suggesting that Gov. Newsom should be arrested. Speaker Mike Johnson called for Newsom to be “tarred and feathered.”
We immediately knew that this moment called for scaling up our organizing programs, but we didn’t know if our supporters would respond. You did. Thank you so much.
