team,
Monica has dedicated her career to creating programs that provide opportunity to our community’s families.
She’s fought predatory loans. She’s fought for county workers to get a raise. She’s helped seniors retire with dignity. And she’s secured millions for business development and San Diego’s small businesses.
We can’t overstate how different this administration is from 2017.
Even our most dedicated economic leaders are facing an uphill battle against pointless tariff wars and reckless policies that leave consumers paying more at the register, the gas pumps, and the pharmacy counters.
And to make matters worse, Republicans in Washington just passed a budget that slashes vital programs like SNAP and Medicaid — making life more expensive for millions while giving tax breaks to the wealthy at the expense of working people.
Unlike in 2017, they’re doing this with the full backing of the legislature and a rubber-stamp of approval from the courts.
That’s why we need to stand up and fight for working people here at the local level.
All of us at Team Monica are laser-focused on delivering programs to support the people of District Four and provide resources for those who need it. But to do that, we need your input. Click here to fill out our economic resources survey:https://act.campaigndeputy.com/SV_EconResources_0625
