Team,
During this week’s e-newsletter, I wanted to discuss a very important issue here in Indiana -- the need to invest in our water and sewer infrastructure and the recent flooding events. We know the devastating effects natural disasters can have on families, homes, and communities. And it’s critical that elected leaders do everything they can to protect residents against the threat of inadequate infrastructure and flooding. That’s why I want to share what I will do in Congress to help address this issue.
It's absolutely critical that we make the investments that are necessary in our water and sewer infrastructure and ensure that victims of flooding have the resources they need to get back on their feet. During the recent flooding events, as North Township Trustee, I mobilized my office and nonprofit entities to provide assistance to those who needed it the most.
As your next Member of Congress, I will continue doing everything I can to support infrastructure funding legislation and ensure that residents impacted by flooding events receive the supplies they need, whether that’s cleaning supplies to restore their flooded basements or other supplies and equipment to fix their homes.
It is past time that we take the action that is required to invest in our water and sewer infrastructure systems and make sure that we are prepared to assist those that may be impacted by devastating rains and flooding events.
Team, you can count on me to be your advocate in Congress when it comes to supporting infrastructure investments and addressing flooding issues here in Indiana!
Thanks for your support,
Frank J. Mrvan
