Things have been looking different here at Espy for Senate. If you didn’t already notice, a few weeks ago we launched our new website and our new logo to showcase our campaign's fresh, positive vision for Mississippi.
I’m extremely excited to finally share it with you!

One thing you may have noticed: The new logo has the same bald eagle image that was in our old logo. Our Espy Eagle is a majestic bird that represents my bold vision for Mississippi and our country.
Folks ask me all the time, “Alright, Mike, but what’s the story behind the eagle?” Well, I’ve carried the eagle imagery with me since the time I was a member of Congress. I loved how the bald eagle is our national symbol of the United States — a much better symbol than the confederate battle emblem on the Mississippi state flag.
When I was Secretary of Agriculture, I put a painting of an eagle in the corner of my office. And after I left the federal service, I used an eagle logo as a lawyer. I wanted to make sure that I could have a symbol of the bird that could overlook the terrain and swoop down to protect the people I was fighting for.
Just like you, this eagle is a vital part of our campaign that can’t be replaced. Small-dollar contributions from folks like you are exactly what enable us to make these kinds of digital updates in our campaign, which has gone completely virtual since the pandemic started.
Help keep up the momentum and continue to build a better, stronger digital campaign than our opponent, Cindy Hyde-Smith. Will you pitch in $10 or more today?

Just like our new website and logo, we’re looking to make big changes to take our state forward after the November election. We can win in Mississippi and build something — but only if we work together.
Thanks for fueling our people-powered campaign!
