It's time for the newest installment of?Control What You Can.

Last week, as a part in our series on tackling the national debt, we asked about where the government could focus to get expenditures under control. It's no surprise that reforming programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security was a key area of focus.

This week, we're going to focus on Social Security. Reforming that system has long been seen as the "third rail" of politics. The program is so popular, and people (rightfully) feel ownership of the system since they pay into it. Its relationship to the budget, deficit, and debt is complex because of how it's structured, but one thing is sure - on its current trajectory, it's projected to run a shortfall, requiring the government to either cut benefits, find money to fund benefits elsewhere, or reform the system.

We're going to ask about the last option - if you were in charge, which of the following reforms would you consider first in reforming Social Security?
