Dear John,

There’s a veil of secrecy around Tibet. Unjust laws make it impossible for Tibetans to speak out as China’s government
continues to take away their freedoms, occupy their land and exploit their
resources. And access is still restricted, making it almost impossible for
people to enter or leave the region.

But to bring justice to Tibet, we need to know what’s going on. That’s where you
come in.

John, you can help ICT clear the smokescreen. When you donate today,
you’ll fund ICT’s independent research and reporting and
rally international pressure to stop China’s human rights abuses in Tibet.

The groundbreaking investigative work supported by people like you
[[link removed]]
has exposed unlawful detentions and deaths of innocent Tibetans in Chinese
prisons. With your support, we also broke the news about massive industrial
projects that are destroying Tibet’s environment.

Your donation empowers us to develop and maintain a network of
Tibetans who bravely tell the truth—often at great risk to themselves.
And with your backing, ICT is now one of the primary drivers of international
diplomatic pressure on the Chinese government.

China would love to silence our reports and our community of compassion.
But, when you give today, you’ll amplify the voices of Tibetans and help hold
China accountable for all of its oppressive actions in Tibet.

Supporters like you give me hope that we can bring change to Tibet. Thank you
for standing with the Tibetan cause.

With gratitude,

Ashwin Verghese
Communications Officer, ICT

P.S. You can stand for justice for the people of Tibet and bring increased attention to
the Chinese government’s human rights abuses at the same time. Please give now to
make the truth about Tibet known far and wide.
