We have good news and bad news.

Here’s the good news: today, the majority of Supreme Court justices voted to temporarily stop Trump from ending the DACA program and deporting hundreds of thousands of Dreamers.

Here’s the bad news: Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, and all but one of the other Republican justices voted the other way. Even in the middle of a global pandemic, with tens of thousands of Dreamers on the frontlines, they want to deport Dreamers from the only home they’ve ever known.

Unacceptable.

With just one more pro-Trump vote on the Supreme Court today, hundreds of thousands of Dreamers would be at risk right now. We have to be prepared to stop the confirmation of any more Trump justices.
