During NFIB’s Week of Action, small business owners and supporters have flooded Congress with emails urging them to make the Small Business Tax Deduction permanent, which is set to expire at the end of the year.

What's the latest?
The Budget Resolution, named the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, passed the House of Representatives. The bill renews the 20% Small Business Deduction, makes it permanent, and increases its value from 20% to 23%.

Join us in sending a loud message to Congress <[link removed]>: Small businesses are the foundation of America. Preserve the wins in the Budget Resolution, most importantly the Small Business Deduction.
