Hi friend, “I don’t think we need fewer immigrants. I think we need more.”
That’s what President Clinton told a group of 38 new Americans during a naturalization ceremony we were proud to host at the Clinton Presidential Center this week.

Watch President Clinton’s remarks: |
It was a powerful reminder of what makes this country strong: the belief that our democracy works best when it includes all of us.
At the Clinton Foundation, that belief is core to everything we do. Whether we’re expanding access to education, supporting community resilience, or investing in the next generation of leaders, we’re guided by the simple idea that everyone deserves a chance to contribute, to belong, and to thrive.
Through the work of the Clinton Center, we bring these ideals to life, offering civic education programs that explore the promise of democracy and the responsibilities of being an engaged citizen.
Watching the ceremony gave me so much hope — seeing the joy of these 38 new citizens who aren’t giving up on America. We shouldn’t either.
If that’s a vision you share, we hope you’ll stay connected and consider supporting our work.
With gratitude,
Stephanie S. Streett Executive Director Clinton Foundation |
