How cruel do you have to be to take food away from hungry children and families? Just ask a Republican.

This week, the State Senate held a hearing on Republicans’ food assistance cuts so Michiganders could hear directly from experts and community members about the effect these cuts will have on Michigan families.Republicans are pushing Trump’s budget that would take food away from hungry children and struggling families, all to fund more handouts to billionaires. It’s outrageous, and it’s wrong.

We need to show Michigan Republicans that we are prepared to vote them out in 2026 if they choose billionaires over Michigan’s kids and families. One way we can do that is by reporting strong fundraising numbers in our June FEC report.

Every dollar we raise in June is a dollar that will fuel our work to defeat Michigan Republicans who are choosing billionaires over kids.
