We are excited to announce that we are moving buildings! As of Monday, June 16th, our will be primarily operating out of 2706 20th St. We're still unpacking but feel free to stop by or call us at 772-226-5267. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks as we complete our move and maximize our new space in our voter outreach efforts.
Tomorow, rain or shine, we will take to the streets for the No Kings demonstration, declaring that the flag belongs to us not Trump. Then, in the afternoon we will keep the momentum going by supporting the Kick Out the Clowns protest in Sebastian.
In America, we don’t put up with would-be kings. On June 14th, we’re showing up to say no thrones, no crowns, no kings. The flag doesn’t belong to Donald Trump. It belongs to us. We’re not watching history happen. We’re making it. We’ve outgrown the corner. It’s time to line the streets!
After you stand with us in the morning for our No Kings demonstration, we encourage you to head over to Sebastian for the Kick Out the Clowns protest hosted by Indivisible of Indian River County at 2:00 PM.
Join us for an unforgettable evening with snacks, sips, signs, and a keynote from the one and only Dr. Chaz T. Stevens; self-proclaimed “professional pain in the ass” and renowned activist featured on CNN, BBC, MSNBC, and more.
Dr. Stevens will break down “How to Get Sht Done”, sharing his hard-hitting wisdom on making change happen.
This will be the last Riverhouse event until the fall so don’t miss your chance to connect, strategize, and raise a glass to action. See you there!
Update: Bring your best protest signs with you! Also, wine and finger food starts at 5:30
We'd love to have you volunteer with the Democrats of Indian River at our celebration booth on June 21st. Help us register voters, gather signatures for Medicaid Expansion, and encourage locals to get involved with our party.
Urge our Congressman, Mike Haridopolos, to support the Bipartisan Background Checks Act. This critical legislation aims to close existing loopholes in our firearm background check system, ensuring that all gun sales and transfers—whether through licensed dealers, private individuals, online platforms, or at gun shows—are subject to background checks.
Our Civic Council is dedicated to keeping the community informed and strengthening Democratic engagement in Indian River County.
