Let me be clear: Under the law, members of Congress are explicitly authorized to conduct oversight at ICE facilities. I was there to do my job and make sure that this administration isn’t abusing people’s rights. And I was charged and now indicted. The administration’s attacks are baseless and the facts are on my side, but that’s not stopping them from going after me. So I need you on my side, today.
