Today, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Board of Governors passed a

resolution declaring that Iran is not complying with its nuclear nonproliferation obligations.


This is the first time the IAEA has passed a resolution against Iran in 20 years.



The IAEA censure of Iran underscores the growing threat of the regime obtaining nuclear weapons and the necessity that Iran must completely and verifiably dismantle its nuclear program. Iran cannot be trusted to abide by international norms.

In response to this resolution, the U.N. Security Council must impose snapback sanctions on the Iranian regime to increase the economic pressure.

Iran, meanwhile,

declared that it will soon bring online a third, previously unknown uranium enrichment site following the IAEA's action, upgrade the centrifuges used to enrich uranium at an existing site, and increase its production of near-weapons-grade uranium.


The head of Iran’s atomic agency said Iran was beginning to install centrifuges at the new site and would start enriching uranium there as soon as possible.

Iran already has enough highly enriched uranium to make around 10 nuclear weapons, according to IAEA data, and could likely produce enough for 19 nuclear weapons within three months.

The United States must implement a maximum pressure campaign against the Iranian regime, including increasing sanctions and enhancing a credible threat of military force, and set a deadline for the ongoing negotiations.


These steps are essential for reaching a deal that meets President Trump’s stated objective of permanently and verifiably dismantling Iran’s nuclear program.

GHF workers killed by Hamas; Aid deliveries continue

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) said in a statement last night that a number of its local contractors in Gaza had been attacked by Hamas, with several killed. There are concerns that some also may have been kidnapped.


This attack is the latest effort by Hamas to undermine GHF's humanitarian operations, regardless of the consequences to Gazans.

said we are outraged by this barbaric Hamas attack on aid workers with the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. Hamas murdered five people because they were delivering aid directly to Palestinians.


Leaders must condemn Hamas for this attack, and demand it free the hostages and surrender.



Despite this horrific attack, GHF's operations continue, and it has now delivered nearly 19 million meals to Gazans in less than three weeks of operations.

U.S. condemns French-Saudi led U.N. conference

The United States

issued a diplomatic cable condemning the French- and Saudi-led conference at the U.N. next week intended to advance Palestinian statehood.


"We are urging governments not to participate in the conference, which we view as counterproductive to ongoing, life-saving efforts to end the war in Gaza and free hostages," the cable reportedly reads.


"The United States opposes any steps that would unilaterally recognize a conjectural Palestinian state, which adds significant legal and political obstacles to the eventual resolution of the conflict and could coerce Israel during a war, thereby supporting its enemies," it adds.


Critically, the cable states clearly that "Unilaterally recognizing a Palestinian state would effectively render Oct. 7 Palestinian Independence Day."

IDF arrests Hamas terrorists in Syria

In an overnight operation, Israeli troops

arrested several Hamas terrorists operating in Syria, the IDF announced today.


The terrorists were attempting to orchestrate multiple terror attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF troops in Syria.


Israeli troops also located and confiscated weapons, including firearms, magazines, and ammunition.
