John, we knew Mike Johnson and House Republicans were gearing up for a major fight here in NM-02 — and now that fight has officially begun.

In 2022, I beat my anti-choice MAGA extremist opponent by just 1,350 votes.

In 2024, I defeated that very same opponent in the face of millions of dollars in dark money spending against me and attack ads just like this one — filled with lies and misinformation about my character and record.

Right now, Mike Johnson is searching high and low for a new challenger to prop up against me who would rather push Donald Trump’s agenda than solve the kitchen-table issues that affect New Mexicans every day.

But you and I both know that no amount of super PAC dark money or sucking up to Johnson and Trump will defeat the movement we’ve built.

Why? Because I didn’t run for Congress to prop up an establishment party agenda. I ran for Congress to fight for the people of New Mexico.

I’m proud to represent this district, and I’m proud to continue fighting tooth and nail to protect Medicaid, SNAP, Social Security, our public lands and our democracy. But if we’re going to make history again, I need you standing with me.
