I just introduced H.R. 3565 — the Block the Bomb Act — because the U.S. should not be participating in war crimes against the Palestinian people.
This bill would prevent Trump, or any future presidents, from sending the most lethal offensive bombs and offensive weaponry to the Israeli government while it continues violating international law and killing thousands of innocent civilians in Gaza. This is a historic bill as over 20 members of Congress are standing together and exercising our authority of oversight to hold the Trump Administration and the Netanyahu governments accountable.
This bill will likely make me a target of extreme right wing groups. Will you stand with me and show the strength of our movement? ([link removed])
This isn’t just about weapons. It’s about our values and basic human rights. About whether our government will keep writing blank checks to fund human rights violations.

Since October 2023, the U.S. has sent $17.9 billion in military aid to support Israel, including over 2,000 bombs — the same bombs used to flatten entire neighborhoods and kill thousands of innocent children.
Congress has oversight authority and the responsibility — not just as lawmakers, but as human beings — to say enough.
Enough bombs.
Enough war.
Enough silence.
I know this bill is going to make me a target for far-right special interest groups — but I have never cared what they or their super PACs think of me. I will fight for what is right no matter what.
