Here’s an inside look at what’s happening on the Hill right now:

➡️ Republicans are rushing to make Elon Musk’s DOGE cuts permanent—which means massive giveaways to billionaires at the expense of working families.

➡️ Trump and Musk are in a public feud, scrambling to shift blame for the harm they caused while in power.

➡️ Not one Republican seems focused on what’s actually happening in communities like WA-08—or anywhere else across the country.

Let's be honest, john—trying to make sense of their priorities is exhausting, and frankly, pointless.

But here’s what I can say clearly: Democrats are doing the work. We’re in committee rooms, on the floor, and out in our districts fighting back around the clock against policies that hurt our communities, all while working to uplift legislation that helps working families, and staying focused on the issues that actually matter, like Medicaid, childcare, affordable housing, clean energy, and a tax system that gives the middle class a break.

This is what real leadership looks like. It’s what Democrats show up to do every single day…because that's what we were hired to do by YOU, the American people. We work for you. Not special interests. Not extremist billionaires. Not the president.

We must flip the House in 2026 if we're ever going to put a check on Congressional Republicans and an unhinged president.

People are watching to see if Democrats have the momentum, drive, and support to win in 2026, and deliver. Our FEC report this month will send an important message. Let’s make sure it is a strong one. Right now, we’re behind —and June is too important of a month to fall short.
