About the job
As an EAP Counselor, you will deliver professional, solution-focused, and culturally relevant counseling services to employees and their adult household members. You will conduct clinical assessments, provide short-term support, crisis intervention, and referrals, and offer consultation to supervisors, managers, and HR staff to address workplace concerns. Your role includes managing both internal and external referrals, supporting administrative functions such as co-facilitating webinars, and maintaining accurate documentation while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and licensure compliance.
