The reality: 53.8% of Kentucky children show up to kindergarten unprepared. Before they even walk through the school door, they're already behind.

Governor Beshear's Pre-K for All initiative will ensure every 4-year-old gets the strong start they need, put money back in parents' pockets, grow our workforce by up to 70,000 people, and generate $10 in economic activity for every $1 invested.

But he's facing a GOP supermajority in Frankfort that has blocked this proposal for years.
