This week the U.S. Supreme Court announced that it has agreed to hear Judicial Watch’s appeal of a Court of Appeals decision in our lawsuit challenging Illinois’ reckless law “extending” Election Day beyond the date established by federal law.

This is a very big deal…and it is a tribute to you and your past support of Judicial Watch!

And at this critical moment, I ask you to help us today, as we prepare for the biggest court battle in our 31-year history!

Our lawsuit against Illinois (and our similar lawsuits against California and Mississippi) argues that the federal law setting an Election Day is clear and that states cannot “extend” the time for accepting ballots.

And don’t forget…these state laws not only violate federal law and the civil rights of voters…they are open invitations for massive voter fraud!

Now, our election legal team is preparing for arguments before the highest court in the land during its next term.

The stakes could not be higher…and we need you to help us make more history in our persistent battle to protect honest elections from attacks by the Left!

We scored a huge win in March, when the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit declined to rehear its previous ruling in which it agreed with Judicial Watch that itwas unlawful for Mississippi to count ballots received after Election Day.

No one can predict what the Supreme Court will decide but I believe the ruling in our Mississippi lawsuit will carry a lot of weight with the Supreme Court, and also on the outcome of our ongoing lawsuit against California’s “extending” Election Day law.

And a Judicial Watch victory at the Supreme Court will be a massive setback to the Left’s constant efforts on so many fronts to corrupt and steal our elections!

Judicial Watch has done more to successfully defend traditional election safeguards than any group in America…and now we are facing our biggest and most important test ever.
