As we celebrate Pride Month this June, we're reflecting on the important work that Democratic governors across the country are doing to stand up for LGBTQ+ Americans. We just launched a petition to show them they have our support as they lead this fight.

Will you add your name to stand with Dem govs as they fight for LGBTQ+ equality?

John, Democratic governors across the country are fighting back against the Trump administration’s dangerous anti-LGBTQ+ agenda:

👉 Gov. Andy Beshear BANNED conversion therapy and vetoed a bill that would allow it.

👉 Gov. JB Pritzker used his annual State of the State speech to speak out against Trump's harmful anti-LGBTQ+ policies. 

👉 Gov. Gretchen Whitmer spoke out against a Michigan GOP House resolution that would ask the Supreme Court to overturn marriage equality. And she signed a bill into law that includes sexual orientation and gender identity in hate crime legislation.

👉 Govs. Tina Kotek and Maura Healey are making history as America's first openly lesbian governors, while Gov. Jared Polis made history in 2018 as the first openly gay man elected governor.

It's clear that Donald Trump and his allies are dead set on attacking the rights of LGBTQ+ Americans. But thankfully, our Dem govs are on the front lines of the fight to protect LGBTQ+ rights. In honor of Pride Month, we launched a petition to show support for our Dem govs in this fight – but we’re still missing 320 responses from 19125! Add your name by midnight tonight:
