Good morning!

It’s hard to believe that today is the final day of AJC Virtual Global Forum 2020 [link removed]. We hope you have enjoyed our programming thus far.

Today’s first session will begin at 12:00 pm ET (18:00 Berlin, 19:00 Jerusalem).

The session will open with an address by H.E. Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, Federal Minister of Defense of Germany.

The program will continue with “The Transatlantic Relationship: Two European Perspectives [link removed],” a discussion, in partnership with the prestigious Munich Security Conference [link removed], on the current state and future of the critical alliance between the United States and Europe and the ramifications for Israel and the Jewish community, will feature:

At 3:00 pm ET (21:00 Berlin, 22:00 Jerusalem) we’ll come together for our final session, which you won’t want to miss.

AJC CEO David Harris, whom the late Israeli President Shimon Peres described as “the foreign minister of the Jewish people,” will bring AJC Virtual Global Forum 2020 to a close by sharing his reflections on this week’s groundbreaking program, along with his vision for what’s next for AJC and the Jewish world.

Beginning 20 minutes before the session, please follow these steps to watch the program:

During yesterday’s debate, “Election 2020: Debating American Values and Interests,” the Max Fisher Annual Program [link removed], we heard from Antony Blinken, Senior Foreign Policy Advisor to Biden for President and U.S. Deputy Secretary of State (2015-2017), and KT McFarland, U.S. Deputy National Security Advisor (2017) and author of Revolution: Trump, Washington and “We the People,” as they discussed the competing visions that the Democratic and Republican parties will offer American voters come November.

Later on, U.S. Senator Cory Booker joined us to discuss the aftermath of the killing of George Floyd and issues of racial injustice in America in "Race and Equality in America,” the Leonard Greenberg Forum for Domestic Policy Issues [link removed].
