Donald Trump’s decision to unilaterally deploy California’s National Guard is blatantly illegal. We have a president who is willing and ready to mobilize the military against the American people and completely disregard due process.

But while Donald Trump violates the rule of law practically every day and wreaks havoc on our nation, Democratic Attorneys General across the country are fighting around the clock to stop him. 

After Donald Trump illegally deployed the National Guard on Sunday, California AG Rob Bonta took swift action and sued the administration.
