July 16th 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.: Substantial Damage Inspection Workshop NeDNR is excited to bring this brand-new workshop to you in conjunction with the NeFSMA conference. During this course at the Central Community College, attendees will learn the basics of substantial damage requirements under the NFIP, as well as more advanced topics such as:
- Completing substantial damage inspections
- Using FEMA’s Substantial Damage Estimator 3.0 tool
- Building a database of structures in the floodplain
- Communicating substantial damage requirements to your community members
- Creating a substantial damage management plan

July 16th 1:00 p.m.: 2025 Stormwater Scramble Golf Tournament
You may register as an individual or you may add guest registrations for a whole team. Registration fee is $75 per person and includes the cart and driving range. Mulligans will be available to purchase at the event.

Top golfers and flag prize winners will be recognized at this networking social open to all conference and tournament attendees at the Younes Conference Center North.
July 17th 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The 2025 NeFSMA Annual Conference Get ready for insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and valuable presentations at the Younes Conference Center North.
