In honor of Juneteenth, a national holiday that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States, the Movement for Black Lives will be holding a weekend of action, beginning tomorrow, to continue the ongoing efforts across the country in defense of Black lives. 

Reproductive justice is not possible until we achieve racial justice and end white supremacy. We support the Movement for Black Lives and join them in taking action this Juneteenth Weekend. We hope you can join us, too.

If you are unable to attend an in-person event, here are other actions you can take this weekend: 

• Join today's (6/18) meeting at 3pm with Movement for Black Lives leaders to discuss how you can support the movement: Register here
• Donate to your local bail fund to support protestors who are being arrested
• Donate to your local mutual aid fund, which provides local relief to Black communities
• Amplify Juneteenth weekend by following the hashtags #SixNineteen and #DefendBlackLives
