Wild Game Cooking: Sausage
We always seek ways to fully utilize anything harvested, and this workshop will broaden your skills and imagination on ways to put food on the table.
"*All equipment, recipes, and seasoning are provided, but we encourage you to bring your own meat from the freezer. Ground, burger, basic sausage, stew meat, heart, liver, round steaks and other large muscle meats will work well. Lower legs of turkeys and shanks from other game are not great for sausage. "Meat may be available if you don't have your own. ""

Introduction to Shotguns - Harrison, ME
Intro to Shotgun
Join us for a hands on workshop to learn safe firearms handling using clay targets to simulate flushing birds. This is a fun workshop to develop form and consistency, even if you don't plan on hunting. You will also learn how to select different shotguns, gauges, chokes, and shot size for various uses, including hunting. This is an entry level shotgun class and is ideal for those with little or no shotgun experience.

Introduction to Rifle - Harrison, ME
Intro to Rifles
This is a great course for any experience level for those interested in learning about rifles for hunting. Whether you're interested in hunting deer, bear, moose, or other game, this workshop will give you the skills and knowledge to get started with confidence. In addition to learning firearms and range safety, you'll learn how to sight in a rifle and practice shot placement.
