Reynolds acts on final bills of 2025 legislative session*  DES MOINES— *Today, Governor Kim Reynolds signed the following bills:*   _HF 783 [ [link removed] ]_: A bill for an act implementing requirements related to organizations that sponsor or administer extracurricular interscholastic athletics, including the creation of a conference realignment committee.   _HF 516 [ [link removed] ]_: A bill for an act relating to medical residency and fellowship positions, including priority for admission to the University of Iowa’s Colleges of Medicine and Dentistry, and hospitals and clinics.   _HF 644 [ [link removed] ]_: A bill for an act relating to the delegation of custodial rights and duties with respect to a child.   _HF 330 [ [link removed] ]_: A bill for an act relating to insurance coverage for covered individuals for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder and including applicability provisions.   _HF 437 [ [link removed] ]_: A bill for an act establishing a center for intellectual freedom at the University of Iowa.   _HF 190 [ [link removed] ]_: A bill for an act relating to the administration of the statewide summative assessment of student progress to students of online schools by school districts, accredited nonpublic schools, and charter schools.   _SF 383 [ [link removed] ]_: A bill for an act relating to pharmacy benefit managers, pharmacies, prescription drugs, and pharmacy services administrative organizations, and including applicability provisions.  *"Gov.
