This Saturday, June 14th, Donald Trump is throwing himself a $100 million military parade for his birthday, John.
There won’t be cake. Or candles. Just tanks rolling down D.C. streets. Troops on display. A show of brute force — paid for with our tax dollars. All while Trump and his Republican allies gut Medicaid, slash food stamps, and claim there's “just no money” for Social Security.
We refuse to let their authoritarian flex go unanswered.
That’s why on June 14th, people in over 100 cities are hitting the streets for NO KINGS — a national, peaceful day of action to reject authoritarian rule, billionaire corruption, and to say: No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings.
This isn’t just some ego-stroking birthday stunt, John — it’s a warning.
Just days ago, ICE launched coordinated raids in Los Angeles, abducting over 100 people — including SEIU California President David Huerta. Now, Trump’s DHS is escalating with National Guard deployments and even threats to send in the Marines to crush protest and punish dissent.
Trump wants fear. Loyalty. Silence. Obedience.
A $100 million spectacle of state-sponsored intimidation — draped in patriotism, designed to hijack news headlines, distract the public, and make us feel powerless.
But working people aren’t shrinking back.
This weekend, join the NO KINGS mass mobilization led by organizers, workers, immigrants, and everyday people in every corner of the country. While Trump parades tanks through D.C., people across the country will be coming out to show him where real power lives — in our communities, in our movements, and in the streets.
From coast to coast, we are rising up to say: We don’t serve kings. We don’t worship tyrants. We don’t bow to fear.
