Effective Client and Family Engagement Training is Now Approved for 6 LADC CEUs!

Our upcoming Effective Client and Family Engagement Training has just been approved for six Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) Continuing Education Units in addition to six National Association of Social Worker (NASW) CEUs to provide you with the training you need to understand challenging behaviors and promote client motivation for change.

In this training you will:



Learn and understand different types of factors causing resistive behaviors in clients.

Be offered strategies to overcome the barriers frequently encountered trying to engage resistive clients.

Better understand the role of mental health and substance use disorders in relationship to resistive behaviors.

Learn strategies to promote client motivation for change.

Be provided with techniques for reflective practice regarding how such resistive clients make us feel and respond.
