The clock is ticking. With less than a week left in the legislative session, the fate of the New York for All Act hangs in the balance—and with it, the safety of hundreds of thousands of immigrant New Yorkers.

That’s why we’re escalating. Our organizers and allies risked arrest in civil disobedience at the Capitol to demand lawmakers stop colluding with ICE. But we need YOUR voice to turn up the pressure.

Every day without New York for All is another day our local resources are being  used to aid ICE’s cruel deportations and abuse in our communities. In Syracuse, Delmy was ripped away from her husband and young daughters over four months ago when police called ICE instead of helping her deal with the aftermath of her car accident. She’s been jailed in an ICE facility in Louisiana for 120+ days wondering if she will ever see her daughters and husband again.

How many more families will disappear before New York acts?

With the Trump administration escalating attacks on immigrants, New York must act NOW to protect our immigrant neighbors from this cruelty. The NY4All Act is New York’s chance to provide the protections for all New York families to live without fear.

This is our moment to fight back, but we need you. Will you raise your voice before it’s too late?
