It’s now Day 100 of Florida’s Legislative Session.
John,
It’s been over a month since Florida’s Legislative Session was supposed to end, and despite having an overwhelming majority in both the House and Senate, as of today Republicans have still failed to pass a state budget. Meanwhile, school districts, agencies, and local communities are all left in limbo, unsure of what funding they can count on come July 1st.
Ruth’s List is committed to recruiting, training, and electing women who will work for the common good and focus on serving our State— but we can’t do it without your help.
John, can you chip in today to help us elect more Democratic, pro-choice women to the State House and Senate in 2026?
Republican leaders in Tallahassee have squandered valuable time and taxpayer dollars by dragging out this Session for 100 days now, with little to show for it.
That’s why it’s more critical than ever to recruit and elect pro-choice Democratic women in 2026—leaders who will prioritize the real needs of our communities and take decisive action without delay.
