Hope Ireland is a coalition of medical professionals and disability rights advocates who aim to bring informed perspectives to the debate around euthanasia and assisted suicide in Ireland. Founded by the late Dr. Kevin Fitzpatrick in 2015, Hope Ireland seeks to contribute to the public discourse on this issue with evidenced based arguments on why the introduction of assisted suicide and euthanasia is a regressive step for vulnerable people - particularly the elderly and those with disabilities.
