I have great news to share: the U.S. House recently passed my Save SBA from Sanctuary Cities Act—a major win for taxpayers and small business owners across the country.

I introduced this bill because I believe your tax dollars should support communities that respect the rule of law—not sanctuary cities that actively defy federal immigration enforcement.

Here’s what the bill does:

✅ It requires the Small Business Administration to relocate its offices out of sanctuary jurisdictions, ensuring federal resources are placed in communities that uphold federal law.

✅ It sends a clear message that cities can’t expect federal perks while ignoring our nation's laws.
