Donald Trump and his authoritarian administration are dangerously escalating conflict with protesters standing up to their aggressive ICE raids in Los Angeles.

Now is a critical moment where our leaders must choose which side they’re on. Write a letter to your senators demanding an end to workplace ICE raids and the use of the military in our communities!

First, Trump sent ICE agents into Los Angeles County neighborhoods over the weekend to conduct mass deportations, targeting immigrants at their workplaces, schools, graduations, courthouses, and more. Since Trump returned to office, his ICE gestapo have violated countless individuals’ constitutional right to due process, and have even violently detained and deported documented immigrants and American citizens.

Then, communities stood up to protect themselves through peaceful protests. ICE cracked down and even arrested SEIU California president David Huerta.

Now, Trump is escalating tensions further by calling in the National Guard – something he refused to do during the January 6th insurrection – without the governor's consent. It’s the first time in 60 years a president has done this, not since Selma in 1965.

He’s even threatening to arrest California’s governor and mobilizing the Marines on American soil against people exercising their 1st Amendment right to protest his disgusting anti-immigrant agenda — fanning the flames and making things worse.

We need ALL of our elected officials, especially routinely feckless Democrats, to stand up to this abuse of federal authority. That’s why we’re asking you to call on your Senators to end workplace ICE raids and the violent escalation of these conflicts in our communities: send a letter now!
