For Manish and Niketa Mittal, love is passed down through celebration. The couple moved to Charlotte more than 20 years ago, started a family and now share their culture with the community through the annual Festival of India, as well as the Charlotte Asian & Dragon Boat Festivals and other events.

Joshua and Jenny Villapando, owners of Assorted Table Wine & Shop, have a love story that's woven with community and family. From first meeting while working in the service industry to Joshua sharing his Filipino roots and the two developing their own family traditions, Joshua and Jenny remind us how love blossoms.
