Friend,

Here are three reasons why taking action is so urgent:

1. Anti-wildlife bills undermine the Endangered Species Act’s ability to protect species based on scientific evidence.

2. If these bills become law, life and death decisions for wildlife could be made according to political interests alone.

3. That would unleash reckless and truly horrific wildlife management practices at the state level—including horrible practices like trophy hunting.

I know that, like me, you care deeply about protecting animals. We simply cannot afford to do nothing as the survival of these iconic native species are jeopardized. We must act!

Please, take one minute now to urge your legislators to vote NO on anti-wildlife bills and commit to protecting grizzly bears and gray wolves for generations to come.

The ESA remains our nation’s strongest tool in the fight against wildlife extinction. Without it, vulnerable species like gray wolves and grizzly bears could have their habitats ruined by industrial developments and be mercilessly slaughtered by trophy hunters!

It’s absolutely critical to continue the ESA’s science-backed efforts to help vulnerable wildlife populations recover. But the House and Senate recently introduced dangerous, anti-wildlife bills that could roll back ESA protections. The consequences for gray wolves, grizzly bears and other threatened species could be disastrous.

Friend, struggling species won’t survive without strong ESA protections.  Please, take action right away and urge Congress to preserve ESA protections for gray wolves and grizzly bears and defend already vulnerable wildlife from attacks. >>
