John,
In a bombshell revelation last week, we learned that the Biden FBI used over 1,000 employees to target Christians. This is staggering.
The targeting was far more widespread than the Biden Administration ever admitted. Multiple offices were involved in monitoring churches and even planting informants to spy during worship services.
Shockingly, an agent even admitted a "problematic" "overreliance" on using a Leftist group's propaganda to label certain Christians as hate groups.
Since Day One, the ACLJ has fought back. After filing a 2023 FOIA exposing FBI spies in churches, we represented FBI whistleblowers – winning for Agent Marcus Allen. Now, we've filed another FOIA to uncover the FBI's assault on religious liberty.
As we continue our legal fight to protect the Christian faith against egregious violations like these and battle to root out any remnants of the Deep State, take action with us.

Revealed: Biden's FBI Unleashed 1,000 Personnel.
The war on our Christian faith has spread nationwide, even impacting our kids. Late yesterday afternoon, we sent a demand letter to a public high school that has BANNED a Bible club. We won the seminal case on this issue at the U.S. Supreme Court in the 1990s, but we must NEVER give up this fight.
Sign our petition to ensure public schools don't target our children's religious liberty.

Preachers are being arrested in major U.S. cities like Chicago and NYC simply for sharing the Gospel – something you'd expect in China, not America.
We're defending Brett, Reetik, and Perez, preachers targeted by Chicago's radical policies. We've already gotten Brett's criminal case dismissed, we are defending the other two, and we're filing in federal court to hold Chicago accountable for its systematic targeting.
Stand with us as we fight in court to defend the Gospel and our Constitution.

Public school staff targeted a 5th-grade little girl's faith – confiscating her Bible verses like dangerous contraband. Our client, a special needs student, was left confused and in tears.
We're THRILLED to report that after our legal demand letter was sent, the school immediately responded, recognizing our client's constitutional right to express her faith.

In a case in which the ACLJ filed an amicus brief, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously reversed an outlandish state supreme court ruling that claimed a Christian charity didn't qualify for state tax-exempt status because feeding the poor wasn't a "typical" religious activity. Striking down this flawed ruling is a tremendous victory.
