| Friend, My name is Adam Schwarze, and I’m asking for just a few moments of your time right now. I’m well aware that if you’re reading this right now, you’re likely receiving many emails from countless would-be politicians introducing themselves and asking for your money. I’m not one of them. I’m a former Navy SEAL, Marine Corps veteran, and proud Minnesotan who has put his body through the ringer serving this great nation of ours, but has so much left to give for a country that has given me so much. I hold a Master’s from Harvard, a Master’s Certificate from Johns Hopkins in Security and Nuclear Deterrence, and an MBA. But my proudest achievement is serving our country to make my parents, especially my mom, proud. I want to serve you in the U.S. Senate, fighting for the values that have made Minnesota and America great for generations. A few months ago, I decided that the best way to do that would be by running for U.S. Senate against Tim Walz’s handpicked lieutenant governor—a politician even more radical than her boss. After living through this man’s governorship, his failed vice presidential campaign last fall, and having seen firsthand what his looneytoon policies have done to the state of Minnesota, I decided I couldn’t sit back and let another Democrat waltz into the Senate. Navy SEALs fight to win, and that’s what I will do - for Minnesota and for you. I was recently asked why I would open my life up to the scrutiny of a federal campaign. While there are numerous reasons, I want to tell you about one of the most important today: childhood education. Here in Minnesota and around the nation, our children are being indoctrinated. They’re being forced to learn topics beyond their years that are not in the ordinary curriculum. Our kids deserve an education, not an agenda. Here in Minnesota, boards of education and radical left politicians, like my opponent, Tim Walz’s lieutenant governor, regularly override the will of parents. Did you know that elementary schools around America are beginning to institute gender studies in K-5 classes? This type of curriculum should be reserved for college campuses, and only on an elective basis. Kids in first through 5th grade have no concept of this adult material and shouldn’t. When did the government stop listening to parents and putting the will of crazed left-wing activists ahead of the concerns and beliefs of parents? It’s time to put parents back in the driver's seat.
