I’m a Marine.

I’ll always be a Marine.

And I am telling you this without any reservations: The Marines should be nowhere near these protests.

Trump and Hegseth aren’t sending the Marines and the National Guard into Los Angeles to solve any problem. They’re putting on a show to look tough on TV. It’s a deliberate provocation. It’s a waste of time. It’s an insult to the men and women who serve.

The military exists to defend our Constitution and our people from foreign threats. They are not political pawns. They are not props for Trump to play with and showboat. This has to stop, or it is only going to escalate.

I’m calling on Trump and Hegseth to roll back these orders.

Join me and demand that Trump and Hegseth rescind the orders federalizing the California National Guard and sending the Marines into Los Angeles. This is not necessary, and it only invites more violence.
