Wyoming Wildlife Calendar Photo Contest closes June 16

CHEYENNE — June 16 is the last day to submit your best wildlife photographs from the Cowboy State to Wyoming Wildlife magazine’s Calendar Photo Contest. Photographers of all skill levels have a chance for their images to be featured in the magazine’s 2026 calendar, which is printed as the November 2025 issue of the magazine.


Kickstart your conservation career at the Wyoming Collegiate Conservation Symposium at Whiskey Mountain

CHEYENNE — Are you interested in a career in conservation? The Wyoming Game and Fish Department invites current college students and recent graduates to Whiskey Mountain Conservation Camp in Dubois Aug. 14-17 to learn how to pursue a successful career in the outdoors at the newly created Wyoming Collegiate Conservation Symposium camp.


Reminder: Commercial Fishing Advisory Board to hold June meeting

CHEYENNE — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department’s Commercial Fishing Boat Advisory Board will have its second meeting at 10 a.m. June 12  at the Casper Regional Game and Fish office, 3030 Energy Ln.

The meeting is open to the public, and will be live streamed on Zoom and recorded.
