We’ve been crisscrossing the state, hosting town halls filled with energy so vibrant Beto describes them as a “punk rock show.” The conversations we’re having are open, passionate, and authentic.
We don’t cater to a specific audience—we don’t check Party affiliation at the door. We don’t tell people what they can or can’t say. Anyone is welcome to join us and voice their opinions about our democracy.
This raw, unfiltered “punk rock” spirit is exactly what we need to find our way forward as a country. Texans deserve spaces to speak freely about the issues that matter to them and demand change from their elected officials.
That’s why Powered by People is out here organizing in every corner of Texas. From big cities to small towns, we’re listening to voters and putting together a plan to build real and lasting political power.
